Inflect Labs operates globally and may engage contractors or use cloud-based tools that store or process data outside Australia (for example, communication platforms such as Slack or Google Workspace). Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes using secure communication channels, access controls, and confidentiality agreements with our personnel.
